Full payment is required online, or by phoning Will on 0499 347 866 to secure a booking. No cash.

Tentative bookings will not be accepted.

If using a Gift Voucher, its number must be given at the time of booking. Vouchers are transferable, but cannot be redeemed for cash. Valid up to 12 months from date of purchase.

Any cancellations will be charged in full, unless 4 days notice is given for all tours and charters. If that notice is received, we will try to transfer your booking to a mutually agreed date, but if not possible a full refund applies.

No-shows cannot be transferred or refunded.

All charters are subject to weather conditions and minimum numbers (4 for half day/4 for full day/4 for scenic tours), but bookings are not affected by rain. Charters may be cancelled by our skipper if he deems the weather too dangerous – strong winds, big swell, lightning and hail for example. You may rebook for another date, or receive full refund. We suggest booking a day early on in your holiday, to accommodate a change to a later time if necessary.

It is important that you provide us with correct contact information i.e mobile phone and email address at time of booking. Should your fishing trip need to be cancelled or postponed due to weather, rough seas or circumstances beyond our control, an SMS/email will be sent to the contact details.

Loss or negligent damage to fishing gear will incur replacement cost.
